Roof Extension

We hired Menklusser to renovate our apartment in Amsterdam. The work included demolishing and building walls, extending and renovating a bathroom, installing underfloor heating, replacing the wooden floor, plastering, painting, and some electrical updates. They started on time and finished as scheduled. Communication was clear and professional, and the workers were polite. Menklusser adapted the work to our requests, and the few hiccups that came up were handled quickly and professionally. We are happy with the results and would recommend them.

Highly reccomended! Great team who completed my house ahead of schedule and under budget! There are not many builders who could say that... They where super professional and brought in specialist people for each construction task (plumbing, electrics, tiling, carpentary, painting etc.) which meant they where really good at what they did and super fast. They communicated well through a whatsapp group and stuck to schedule. Being quite handy myself and living upstairs throughout the renovations of my bottom floor, I was super impressed how they did things properly and didnt cut any corners, even on things most people wouldnt notice. They used good quality materials and built properly from the bottom up. I would most definately reccomend Men Klusser for any construction project, you can trust them to do quality work. As I said before, they came in ahead of budget and timelines, what more can you want.

Een hele fijne ervaring! De communicatie was uitstekend en ze dachten echt goed met ons mee. Betrouwbaar bedrijf dat snel en hard werkt, met een supermooi eindresultaat! We hebben vloerverwarming laten aanleggen, een nieuwe groepenkast laten plaatsen, de waterleiding laten verleggen en de wc met afvoer naar een andere ruimte laten verplaatsen. We zijn er ontzettend blij mee!

We zijn heel erg tevreden met het werk van Menklusser. Vloerverwarming, stucwerk, tegels wc en badkamer en voeg en kitwerk laten doen. We zijn al een tijd aan het verbouwen en hebben veel vergelijkingsmateriaal. Menklusser is echt de beste die we gehad hebben. Ze werken niet alleen hard, maar ook zeer nauwkeurig. Daarnaast communiceren ze goed en zijn ze ook heel flexibel. Echt een hele fijne partij om mee samen te werken. Voor de wc hadden we reliëf tegels, een beetje een ingewikkelde tegel om netjes te doen. Dit hebben zij echt zo netjes gedaan, ook het snijwerk, voegwerk en afwerking. Had echt niet beter kunnen wensen! Ik zou ze echt van harte aanraden als je op zoek bent naar een fijne partij die heel netjes en professioneel werkt. We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Menklusser. They did the underfloor heating, plasterwork, tiling for the toilet and bathroom, and grout and sealant done. We've been renovating for a while now and have a lot of reference material. Menklusser is truly the best we've ever had. They're not only hardworking but also very precise. They also communicate well and are very flexible. They're a truly wonderful company to work with. For the toilet, we had textured tiles, a bit of a complex tile to install neatly. They did it so neatly, including the cutting, grouting, and finishing. We couldn't have asked for better! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a great company that works very neatly and professionally.
